Caregiver Role:We're looking for caring individuals to be Caregivers/Personal Assistants. Your role is all about providing vital support to clients at home - assisting with daily tasks, personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders. Your top priority is ensuring our clients' safety and well-being.

• Personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Meal preparation and assistance with feeding
• Medication administration and health monitoring
• Light housekeeping (laundry, vacuuming, dishes)
• Providing companionship and engaging in activities
• Accompanying clients to appointments or outings
• Maintaining accurate records
• Effective communication with clients and the team
• Ongoing training and professional development
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or related experience
• CNA or HHA certification preferred (not required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation:
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorization to work in the country
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Physical ability to assist with tasks
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray (within the last year)
• Completion of a caregiver training program or certification
