Part-Time RCAC Resident Assistant / Caregiver – Morning Shift – Ingleside Communities – Mount Horeb, WI
Schedule:
- Every Other Weekend & Every Other Monday
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Are you a compassionate individual looking for a part-time role where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? Ingleside Communities, a not-for-profit, community-based senior living provider, is hiring Resident Assistants / Caregivers for our RCAC (Residential Care Apartment Complex) to work every other weekend and every other Monday during our morning shift.
Located just 15 minutes from Madison’s west side, Ingleside offers a continuum of senior living services including nursing care, rehabilitation, assisted living, and independent senior apartments—serving Mount Horeb and surrounding areas.
About the Role:Our Resident Assistants / Caregivers play a vital role in supporting the independence and quality of life of our residents. Working under the supervision of a Manager or Shift Leader, you’ll provide personal care, companionship, and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a warm, home-like setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily living tasks including hygiene, dressing, mobility, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and monitor basic health indicators
- Encourage resident engagement in activities and social interaction
- Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Document and report changes in resident condition
- Promote dignity, independence, and well-being for each resident
Starting Wage: $16.00 – $18.00/hour, based on experience

- Must be 18 years or older
- Compassionate and self-motivated
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Willingness to complete required certifications:
- Standard Precautions (prior to working with residents)
- First Aid, Choking, and Fire Safety (within 90 days of hire)
- Medication and Diabetic Care (within 6 months of hire)
- Experience working with older adults is a plus, but not required
