Inpatient Pharmacist

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be licensed as a pharmacist in good standing in the State of Illinois

• Graduation from a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education or equivalent

• 2+ years of recent full time experience in a hospital pharmacy setting

• A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm

• Previous experience with computerized physician order entry (CPOE) including basic knowledge and maintenance, PC-based word processing and Pyxis applications
