. This role leads regulatory and clinical strategy, drives quality initiatives, and manages risk to support safe, compliant, and high‑quality patient care.

Proactively develop, lead, and execute regulatory and clinical strategy with a focus on efficiency, rapid approval, and compliance. Overall responsibility for setting quality goals, managing and improving all aspects of patient quality, and steering hospital risk management.

• Collaborate with Executive and Leadership teams to align hospital operations with regulatory and quality objectives.
• Provide management and leadership of the Regulatory function, developing and implementing regulatory strategies and processes.
• Integrate and interpret data to support improvement efforts and promote optimal patient outcomes; work with Senior Management to develop strategic quality initiatives.
• Direct organizational risk‑management program, ensuring compliance with statutory mandates, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Participate as an active member of peer‑review committees, analyzing cases and outcome data, and collaborating with physicians to enhance practice and patient outcomes.
• Contribute to hospital-wide improvement in core measures, patient safety, and service‑excellence goals.
• Continuously evaluate work processes to improve quality, productivity, and service delivery, meeting stakeholder needs.
• Ensure continuity of care through interdisciplinary teamwork, sharing pertinent information among the healthcare team regarding the risk‑management program.

• Minimum 2–5 years of quality experience.
• 3–5 years in a leadership/management role.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare preferred).
• Certified Professional in Quality Healthcare preferred.
• Current IL RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Location:

Chicago, IL. Salary: $160,000 – $. Full‑time. Director level. Quality Assurance function within Hospitals and Health Care industry.
