Telesitting Supervisor

We are an innovative virtual care company located in Charleston, SC experiencing rapid growth as we revolutionize healthcare delivery. We provide 24/7 continuous virtual monitoring to high-risk patients in their healthcare setting. We do this via two-way audio/visual communication so that our patients are never truly on their own.

The Observer Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership to our observers who continuously monitor patients to promote patient safety and prevent harm.

• Supervise observation room team – ensuring professional and safe work environment
• Manage observer schedules and emergency response team roster
• Manage staffing shift to shift and provide patient monitoring support when needed
• Lead various meetings including staff, lead, and daily huddles
• Create and distribute weekly newsletters and assignment sheets
• Assist and participate in the hiring process
• Investigate safety events and create timelines
• Administer corrective actions based on policies and provide additional education when needed

• Associates Degree preferred
• Leadership experience in healthcare preferred
• Technical proficiency of computer software application
• Ability to communicate with a multitude of clinical staff of varying levels
