About the RoleAs a clinic-based BCBA at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide ABA therapy to foster each student's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
- Providing caregiver coaching and support
- Developing evidence-based individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
- Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers
