We are seeking a skilled Epic Reporting Analyst, Work Bench & Slicer Dicer Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and decision support functions. This individual will work with clinical, operational and IS leaders to design and build high‑value reporting content in Epic and provide actionable insights.

Hybrid candidates and also must be Epic Certified?

• 5+ years of experience with Epic's analytics tools (Workbench, Slicer Dicer)
• Proven ability to deliver impactful reports and dashboards for hospital operations, i.e. Clinical, Revenue Operations, etc.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• Solid understanding data structures and reporting hierarchies
• Four Year College Degree from an accredited university
• EPIC related certifications and work experience

• Design and build custom reports in Epic's Reporting Workbench (RWB) and Slicer Dicer tools
• Educate users on self‑service analytics using Slicer Dicer and Workbench
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and key metrics
• Translate operational needs into technical report specifications
• Validate data outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability
