Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time on-site Assistant to join our team in Chicago, IL. The Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily office activities. Responsibilities include scheduling patient appointments, maintaining accurate records, assisting with patient inquiries, collaborating with staff and physicians, and supporting the overall workflow of the practice.
Qualifications- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient office operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Experience with administrative tasks, including data entry, record management, and scheduling.
- Familiarity with basic healthcare operations and an understanding of medical terminology is a plus.
- Proficiency with relevant software tools and office equipment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working in a fast‑paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
