This leadership role reports directly to the Nursing Director and combines hands‑on nursing and supervisory responsibilities as a full‑time Evening Charge Nurse (2pm‑10pm).

• Planning, developing, and overseeing person‑centered care programs.
• Leading and training nursing staff and Resident Assistants.
• Coordinating resident care activities, مؤشر managing resident files and medication administration.
• Completing assessments and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Staffing management, recruitment, onboarding, incident reporting, and inventory control.
• Participating in safety and emergency response teams.
• Fostering relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners.

• Current RN licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Healthcare management experience in retirement communities.
• At least 2 years of experience working with persons with dementia suburban communities (or similar).
