Behavior Analysis Practicum (Master's Level) at Action Behavior Centers – ABA Therapy for Autism.

We are looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours to join our Rising Stars program as a Behavior Analyst in Training. You will be an integral part of our team, helping children with autism and their families.

• Pay: $24–$30/hour based on experience and supervision hour completion.
• Potential wage increases every 6 months.

As a BCBA Intern, you will:

• Supervisee must accrue 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• Complete all restricted hours and provide proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
• Provide early intervention therapy in a center‑based setting for children ages 18 months to 8 years.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members dedicated to living ABC’s core values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct‑care schedule to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
