Master's Level RBT - 1700+ Hours Completed
Behavior Analysis Practicum (Master's Level) at Action Behavior Centers – ABA Therapy for Autism.
About the RoleWe are looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours to join our Rising Stars program as a Behavior Analyst in Training. You will be an integral part of our team, helping children with autism and their families.
What We Offer- Pay: $24–$30/hour based on experience and supervision hour completion.

- Guaranteed hours:
Each full‑time teammate receives a minimum of 32–40 hours a week regardless of patient cancellations. - No‑cost supervision hours – no deductions from pay or claw backs for the dedicated supervision time.
- A $5,000 BCBA Pass Bonus for those who pass the exam on their first attempt.
- Generous time off: 10 holidays, 10 paid days, plus 2 flex days.

As a BCBA Intern, you will:
- Supervisee must accrue 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
- Complete all restricted hours and provide proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center‑based setting for children ages 18 months to 8 years.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members dedicated to living ABC’s core values.
- Allocate 8 hours per week off direct‑care schedule to work on BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
