_The On-Site location for this position is in Elmhurst, IL_ Under direct supervision, provide administrative and clerical support including data entry, filing, calendar management, document change control and assistance to on-site Medline staff.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide clerical support services as needed.
- Coordinate activities related to sales support and sales initiatives within the hospital
- Organize, maintain and distribute files, reports and mail.
- Collect, compile and analyze data and information.
- Compose straightforward written descriptions and summaries of results.
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. - Certification / Licensure:
None - Work Experience:
Clerical or office related experience. - Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling). - Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).

The anticipated salary range for this position: $20.25 - $29.25 Hourly The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
