Glaser & Randhawa Mental Health Group is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused TMS / Spravato Treatment Technician to join our Interventional Psychiatry team full-time. No previous TMS or Spravato experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Candidates with previous TMS, Spravato, or similar treatment experience may qualify for the $20/hour rate.
Start Date:
November 16, 2026
- Support TMS and Spravato treatments and monitor patients throughout treatment
- Provide compassionate support and reassurance to patients
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, medications, and supplies
- Complete treatment checklists, documentation, PHQ-9s, and required reporting
- Monitor patients and promptly communicate medical or safety concerns to the appropriate provider
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate patient records
- Check VMS and review the daily treatment schedule
- Help maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms
- Follow treatment protocols, safety procedures, and emergency protocols
- Assist with opening and closing the treatment area
- Work closely with providers and other treatment team members
- Complete required training and maintain competency in TMS and Spravato procedures
- Previous healthcare, patient-care, behavioral health, TMS, or Spravato experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures and checklists
- Comfortable working directly with patients in a mental health setting
- Ability to remain calm and professional in unexpected situations
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced mental health environment
- Monday: 12:00 PM–7:30 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM–4:15 PM
- Wednesday: 12:00 PM–7:30 PM
- Thursday: 12:00 PM–7:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Schedule is tentative and may be adjusted based on patient and treatment needs.
Start Date:

- $18/hour with no previous treatment experience
- $20/hour with previous TMS, Spravato, or similar treatment experience
