You will oversee staff scheduling, quality control, and compliance, lead training and proficiency testing, and ensure rapid, accurate processing of samples with validated IHC workflows.
You will also audit LIMS daily, handle incident investigations, optimize antibodies, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to push the boundaries of cancer diagnostics.
