- Proficient in analyzing and optimizing healthcare IT systems and software applications, specifically those related to the revenue cycle.
- Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to lead a team in troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.
- In-depth knowledge of health care regulations (HIPAA, CMS) and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Health Information Management (HIM) technologies is a plus.
