PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location: Chicago Region (Elmhurst, Melrose, Clark, Admiral & Forest Glen)
Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinics
Position Summary
We are seeking a PRN licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our outpatient clinics across the Chicago region. This role involves working closely with physical therapists to deliver high-quality, individualized care that enhances patient mobility, function, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing treatment plans tailored to patient goals and needs
- Deliver effective, cost-conscious therapy interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Support rehabilitation programs that promote alternatives to medication and surgery
- Help develop and guide fitness and wellness programs specific to each patient
- Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care using proven treatment techniques
- Encourage and motivate patients throughout their recovery process
- Promote healthy lifestyle habits, including strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
- Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor patient progress and report outcomes to supervising therapists
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care services
