Bilingual Patient Services Representative

• 2+ years of medical office experience preferred
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual abilities in English/Spanish or English/Polish preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

• Provide excellent patient service and manage appointment flow
• Accurately register patients and verify insurance coverage
• Maintain a welcoming environment and communicate delays when necessary
