We are urgently seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to care for clients on Chicago’s South Side. If you have a caring heart, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others, we would love to welcome you to our team!

As a Certified Nursing Assistant with SYNERGY Home Care, you will:

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities as needed
• Offer companionship and meaningful social engagement
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders as directed in the care plan
• Maintain professional communication with clients, family members, and coworkers
• Arrive on time and provide reliable, consistent coverage for scheduled shifts
• Help clients maintain their comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life at home

We are looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated CNAs who are committed to delivering quality home care. Candidates must have the required CNA credentials and meet applicable employment requirements.

Spanish-speaking ability is a plus and will be an added advantage during the selection process.
