Catering Coordinator

Base pay range

$24.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Reports to:

Director of Sales and Catering

The Catering Coordinator assists sales and catering managers in achieving customer satisfaction by performing administrative duties relating to members, guests, Club communications and sales.

• Answer office phones when sales staff not available. Respond to all inquiries accurately, timely and in a professional manner.
• Work closely with other departments and assist with booking committee meetings
• Responsible for BEO Distribution and Change log management
• Assist with processing deposits and payments
• Handle all Private Dining Reservations and work closely with our members with their event needs
• Assist with printing needs (menus, parking vouchers, breakfast vouchers, etc.)
• Attend daily BEO meetings to help communicate changes to the team
• Always display a neat and business-like appearance
• Assist with VIP tour planning and gift preparation, check rooms, meeting space, and amenities
• Provide tours of the club if needed

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Hospitality Management or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Experience:
  
  Prefer 1-2 years of Catering office experience in a luxury hotel or club setting.
• Additional Skills:
  Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required; excellent communication, organization, and service-oriented people skills. Experience working with Delphi.
