Waldorf Astoria Chicago – a 4‑Star, Parisian‑style luxury hotel on Chicago’s Gold Coast. With 318 guest rooms, 8,500 square feet of banquet space, and four food & beverage outlets (a restaurant, cocktail lounge, café, and in‑room dining), the property offers an upscale, refined environment.

• Assist the Food & Beverage Director in managing daily operations of the hotel’s speakeasy, Bernard’s, and support the other three outlets as needed.
• Lead, direct and manage all outlet operations, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, compliance with company policies and brand standards, sales and marketing initiatives, guest inquiries and concerns, and financial performance.
• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, coach, and reward department heads.
• Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and service and financial measurement.
• Identify operational performance gaps, drive productivity improvements, and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure guest and team member satisfaction and act as Restaurant General Manager in his or her absence.

Annual Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000
