WAGE INFORMATION:

The hourly rate for this position is $27.70 Tips
. This position is also eligible to earn overtime and premium pay under certain circumstances.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience in a luxury, Forbes-rated, or upscale hospitality environment, with a proven ability to deliver refined, guest-centric service.
• Mixology Mastery: Deep expertise in classic and modern cocktail techniques, premium spirits, fine wines, and curated beverage menus, with a passion for creating elevated, bespoke experiences.
• Guest Relations: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests warmly, anticipate needs, and build lasting rapport in a sophisticated setting.
• Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment while maintaining precision, consistency, and poise.
