• Temporary, Part Time – Late night:
  Saturday 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm;
  Monday – Thursday 8:00 pm – 1:30 am
• Duration: 1 / 19 / 26 – 3 / 13 / 26

Fixed Pay Rate: $20.77 per hour

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on the conveyor to the dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures and ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth as designated.
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels according to provided standards.
• Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist in loading and unloading supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
