The responsibilities for this position could include, but is not limited to, assisting in managing all food/beverage outlets within the hotel. May be responsible for staffing, scheduling, and training of staff as well as coordinating special events. The salary range for this position starts at $56,800/year. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.

• Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred
• Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
