• Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils
• Wash dishes/pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
• Sweep, mop, clean floors, and remove garbage to designated areas
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
• Transfers supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas (e.g., pantry and dish room)
• Attend shifts on time and reliably
• Other duties as assigned depending on account needs and client requirements

• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and committed to a healthy/safe working environment
