Join Hyde Park Hospitality, LLC as an Airport Lounge Host. The Host represents the service and overall hospitality of the lounge inside Chicago Midway International Airport.
Pay and BenefitsBase pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour. Sign‑on bonus: $200. Monthly commute stipend: $100. Shift Timing: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM.

The Host greets guests by name, verifies credentials, processes sales, ushers guests into the lounge, provides tours, and completes discrepancy reports.

Job Duties
- Interact with guests in a professional, pleasant manner.
- Welcome guests by name and assist them throughout their stay.
- Own the guest experience from beginning to end.
- Apply the Guest First philosophy to meet guests’ needs and expectations.
- Listen to guests’ needs and provide confident recommendations.
- Make quick, effective decisions when unanticipated situations arise.
- Be knowledgeable about the lounge, guests, and surrounding area.
- Communicate with guests via phone and in person.
- Provide information on facilities and services for bookings.
- Have basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages and food offerings.
- Complete paperwork for daily sales, passenger counts, and reporting.
- Follow safety procedures; report incidents or concerns to supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork willingness.
- Ability to present information one‑on‑one and in groups.
- Passion for serving guests with proactive solutions.
- Follow directions, effective time management, and organization.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing interaction with guests and coworkers.
- Maintain composure under pressure and awareness of cultural differences.
- Presentable, polished appearance in a best‑in‑class environment.
- Stand during entire scheduled shift.
- Handle high‑pressure, fast‑paced up to 10‑hour shift.
- Lift or move up to 40 pounds.
- Walk, bend, twist, and stand normally.
- Report to work regularly and timely.
- Work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
