We’re seeking a Front of House Manager / Assistant General Manager for an exceptional craft brewery just outside the Minooka area. This independent brewery crafts one-of-a-kind beers, with the Brewmaster giving equal attention to crisp, lighter styles and award-winning IPAs and Imperial Stouts offering a wide range of flavors to appeal to every palate. We’re looking for an experienced hospitality professional to assist the general manager in overseeing all daily operations.

Compensation
: $50,000 - $55,000 (commensurate with experience) + Health insurance, 401k + up to 4% match, and 10% bonus paid out quarterly

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily Front of House operations for a 60-person team, ensuring warm small-town hospitality, smooth floor execution, and cross‑trained coverage across hosts, servers, shift managers, and bar functions.
  • Drive revenue and guest satisfaction by optimizing staffing, training, merchandising, and service standards; oversee beer ordering when the Bar Manager is out and maintain seamless handoffs with BOH culinary managers.
  • Manage scheduling, shift recaps, basic reporting, and team communication; recruit, train, and develop internal talent with a promote‑from‑within mindset while partnering with GM and fellow managers.
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years FOH leadership in high-volume casual dining (Applebee’s/Chili’s/Red Lobster‑style environments a plus) with proven results in guest satisfaction, team development, and revenue performance around ~$4M annually.
  • Strong cross‑functional operations skills across hosting, serving, bar support, scheduling, and inventory basics; effective collaborator with GM, Bar, and Culinary managers in a multi‑manager environment.
  • Hospitality‑first, analytical, and organized leader who coaches teams, adapts to small‑town markets, and is reliable for evening/weekend/holiday coverage; comfortable with rapid onboarding to company systems and benefits processes.
