THE ROLE:

We are seeking a warm, polished, and service-driven In-Room Dining Server to join our team at Park Hyatt Chicago

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a sophisticated dining experience to guests in the privacy of their rooms. While you will serve selections from the No

MI Kitchen menu, this is not a restaurant-based role—you will be the face of personalized dining, creating memorable moments through thoughtful presentation, prompt delivery, and intuitive service.

From setting up elegant meal presentations to ensuring every detail exceeds guest expectations, you'll play a key role in maintaining the five-star standard that defines Park Hyatt
. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, as well as a passion for hospitality and guest care.

WAGE INFORMATION:

The hourly rate for this position is $13.66 + Tips
. This position is also eligible to earn overtime and premium pay under certain circumstances.
