About the Role

The In Room Dining Manager is an essential member of Food & Beverage leadership team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and employees.

What You Will Do
  • Supervise the consistency, quality and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel’s guest rooms & suites.
  • Monitor all amenities to be delivered on time and properly maintained.
  • Ensure cleanliness of Room Service and guest hallways by establishing and enforcing clean‑up schedules.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly goals and budgets.
  • Prepare staff schedules according to forecasts, daily and weekly payroll reports and scheduled functions.
  • Coordinate and execute functions or special receptions in rooms, suites and boardrooms.
  • Act as a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on an as‑needed basis, promoting teamwork.
  • Effectively multitask and prioritize, ensuring seamless operations.
What You Bring
  • In-depth knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting.
  • One to two years of previous employment in a related position.
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills, paired with a passion for customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating computer equipment and food & beverage computer systems.
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
