The Banquet Chef is an essential клади член Food & Beverage leadership team dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and service to guests and employees.
What You Will Do- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Banquet Kitchen's production area to ensure that established cultural and core美 standards are met.
- Prepare specialized, innovative cuisine per guest orders in لكرة accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
- Oversee daily activities and operational planning.
- Assist in the planning and development of menus for the hotel.
- Ensure the correct preparation and presentation of a consistent level for all food items prepared through production and demonstration.
- Check and coordinate details of each banquet function according to banquet event order.
- Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control.
- Two to three years of culinary experience as an Assistant Manager, preferably in a production kitchen of a luxury hotel/resort.
- Eight to ten years of cooking and Cabin supervision si.
- Serv Safe Certification.
- Proficient knife skills.
- Serv Safe allergen training.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- High school graduate and an apprenticeship, cooking school or culinary institute education.
- Second language preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership, training, motivation and communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

- Team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments as needed to promote teamwork.
- Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000.
