The Restaurant General Manager is the mastermind behind the magic! You’ll be in charge of planning and orchestrating all the delicious action in our stand‑alone bar or restaurant, making sure every detail runs smoothly. From leading the team to creating unforgettable moments for our guests, you’re at the heart of the fun—ensuring every bite, sip, and smile adds up to an extraordinary experience!

• Money Maestro: Manages budgets, tracks finances, and keeps the restaurant profitable.
• Culinary Captain: Ensures every dish and drink meets top‑notch standards.
• Team Dynamo: Hires, trains, and inspires an exceptional crew.
• Community Connector: Drives creative marketing and builds strong local buzz.
• Safety Star: Maintains clean spaces and upholds safety and ethical standards.
• Idea Instigator: Champions new ideas and keeps the team ahead of trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8–10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; must meet all licensing and certification requirements.
• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
• Deep understanding of industry practices, strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills, and proven time management abilities for self and team.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding guest service and contribute to business success through enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Effective in planning, problem‑solving, and managing complex responsibilities with excellent communication skills.
