Langham Hospitality Group is seeking an Overnight Guest Service Agent for The Langham, Chicago. You will be the night-time focal point for guests at the Front Desk, handling check-ins/check-outs, payments, and information while ensuring security and smooth operations.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, promoting hotel programs, balancing a house bank, and assisting with administrative tasks for the Night Manager. Prior hospitality experience and a high school diploma are preferred.
