Job Details

Title: Field Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Field-based

Department: Human Resources

Reports to: Director, Field Human Resources

Role Summary

The HRBP is responsible for talent retention, internal development, staffing, cultural leadership, and executing the People Plan. They serve as a trusted adviser to Operations, focusing on succession development, leadership support, and maintaining a positive, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and selection process management, coaching managers on talent identification
  • Ownership of succession planning and development
  • Analyzing turnover and engagement data to improve retention
  • Advising on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Ensuring compliance with HR regulations and policies
Physical and Experience Requirements
  • Ability to work at least 50 hours/week, with 30-50% field presence
  • Experience in HR, preferably 5+ years, with 2+ years as an HRBP or strategic HR role
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
