Duration: 6+ Months (Contract to Hire - CTH)

Job Hours of Operations: 7:30am-8:00pm Central Time

Job Schedule: Some Saturday hours may be required. 5 Days Onsite. 40 hours per week

The Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to understand roles, creating and executing sourcing strategies, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and presenting qualified candidates to the business. They will maintain a positive candidate experience and ensure timely, compliant hiring processes in alignment with company guidelines.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and create effective recruitment plans.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for roles in a timely manner.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for interviews and candidate communications.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and professional interactions throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

• Proven experience in full cycle recruitment.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to build partnerships with hiring teams and candidates.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and database software; basic computer skills.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs; ability to work onsite.
• Bilingual skills or insurance industry knowledge are a plus.

• High school diploma or GED;
  Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a recruitment or contact center environment is preferred.
