We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR/Payroll Specialist to become a vital part of our dynamic team. The primary role will focus on streamlining HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and providing crucial administrative support across HR functions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of HR administrative or coordination experience, or related roles. SHRM-CO or PHR certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and payroll processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
