, you’ll identify high-quality talent, drive placements, and have a direct impact on client success and candidate careers.

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Strategically identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channels
• Partner with Business Development Managers to deliver best‑in‑class hiring solutions
• Consistently hit and exceed recruitment and revenue goals
• 2‑4 years of recruiting or staffing experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and close
• Proven success working in a performance‑driven environment
• A proactive, self‑starting attitude with excellent time management skills
• Desire for continued career growth within a dynamic, team‑oriented company
• Comfortable with a hybrid schedule (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)
• This role offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan. Base salary is $70K and OTE is $80‑110K.
