Position Overview
Connect Search is growing, and we’re looking to add a Recruiter to our Healthcare team, focused on non-clinical healthcare roles
. This position is ideal for a driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about delivering high-quality talent to healthcare organizations.
In this role, you’ll manage the full-cycle recruiting process for non-clinical healthcare positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and internal team members to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for non-clinical healthcare roles (including administrative, revenue cycle, finance, HR, operations, and support positions).
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements, timelines, and workforce needs.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and manage feedback.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and guide the offer and acceptance process.
- Conduct reference checks and support onboarding and pre-employment processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within the ATS.
- Stay informed on healthcare hiring trends, market conditions, and talent availability.
Qualifications
- 1–4+ years of recruiting experience (agency experience preferred; healthcare recruiting a plus).
- Experience recruiting non-clinical healthcare roles or strong interest in the healthcare space.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Proficiency with ATS systems, Linked In Recruiter, and job boards.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
