Job DescriptionOur Campus Recruitment team leads an award‑winning early careers program that is responsible for hiring and developing early careers talent that will be the future of Client’s workforce. The team partners with universities and college campuses nationwide to recruit and engage talent for client’s summer internships and full‑time roles. This is a critical role that will have ownership of several key components within our hiring process;
interview scheduling, candidate onboarding and event coordination.
- Coordinate with hiring leaders and candidates to schedule a high volume of virtual or in‑person interviews in a timely manner.
- Collecting, validating, and processing employment‑related information for new hires (excludes benefit or payroll processing); activities may include record setup, I‑9 processing, license verification, criminal background checks, medical clearance review, fingerprinting, and validation of documentation.
- Support intern onboarding and orientation through a variety of activities including submitting onboarding requests, communicating with candidates, managing travel and hotel arrangements for candidates and acting as a point of contact for candidates.
- Act as point of contact for events by managing activities such as blocking rooms, ordering catering, sending invitations and communicating with attendees.
- 2+ years of experience with staffing, recruiting and operations practices, programs and plans required. Experience supporting a campus recruitment team highly desired.
- Excellent time management, follow through and organizational skills required.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook and databases required. Experience with an Applicant Tracking System or CRM system highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service required.
