Recruiter, Tech ​/ IT Recruiter

Sweve Tech LTD is a leading technology company/Civil Engineering Company. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in helping us find and attract top talent to join our growing team.

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the position requirements
• Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates
• Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates
• Negotiate job offers and assist with onboarding process for new hires
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve our recruitment processes

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the technology industry
• Proven track record of successfully filling various positions at all levels within a company
• Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Professional and positive attitude
