About The Team:
The TA team provides exceptional support to our leaders and hiring managers, just like Security Scorecard does with its customers. About The Role:
This is a contract (non‑FTE) role. You are expected to synthesize and map talent pools, translate role visualizations into talent pool hypotheses, and use Linked In Recruiter and other boolean search tools to locate high‑quality active and passive candidates, bringing back names for our sourcing team to reach out to. This role requires the ability to source fast, high‑volume, high‑quality, and screen well, utilizing LLMs.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be tasked with generating names for a handful of open searches, reaching out to talent and screening them for the organization. Searches will be across all levels and functions with emphasis at the Director, VP level and above.
Basic Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency with Linked In Recruiter
- Minimum 5+ years of total professional experience as a sourcer
- Minimum 1+ years of experience with the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and a recruiting CRM tool (e.g., Gem) required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self‑motivated and growth‑oriented personality
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate independently
- Ability to translate a role visualization into talent pool hypotheses and generate high‑quality names
- Sense of urgency, proactive delivery of communication and follow up
