Global People & Culture Business Partner- Implement People Strategy and Programs
- Engage leaders to understand business imperatives and influence talent needs across global markets.
- Partner with employees and leaders in the US, India, the Philippines, and Canada to ensure cultural alignment and compliance with local employment practices.
- Collaborate with People & Culture groups (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards/Compensation, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion) to execute on global people strategy, processes, and reporting.
- Represent client groups in firm projects, including recurring annual processes and global initiatives.
- Global Compliance & Cultural Adaptability
- Maintain knowledge of international employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements across India, Canada, and the Philippines.
- Ensure HR policies and practices meet local legal standards while aligning with global frameworks.
- Provide guidance on cultural nuances and best practices to foster inclusion and engagement across diverse teams.
- Visa & Immigration
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Legal teams to manage visa and immigration processes for international hires and employee mobility.
- Advise leaders and employees on work authorization requirements, timelines, and compliance for cross‑border assignments.
- Talent, Performance Management and Development
- Educate Career Advisors on talent development globally; collaborate to deliver tailored training for international teams.
- Advise leaders and employees on performance improvement, development, and succession planning across multiple geographies.
- Interpret global talent management data and develop initiatives addressing regional nuances.
- Deploy career development tools and processes resonating across diverse cultural contexts.
- Leadership Coaching for Global Teams
- Coach leaders on managing geographically dispersed teams.
- Provide strategies for effective communication, collaboration, and inclusion across time zones and cultures.
- Support a Healthy Work Culture
- Drive activities to support engagement across global teams; assess client health and plan actions with leaders.
- Consult on employee concerns, policies, values alignment, misconduct, and complaints across regions.
- Maintain current knowledge of global HR practices, employment laws, and cultural considerations.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years as a Business Partner or client‑facing/consulting experience
- Experience working with an international workforce, including India, the Philippines, and Canada
- Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); HRIS knowledge
- Professional HR certification preferred
- Professional services experience preferred
- Prior Global/Matrix environment experience preferred
