Base Pay Range: $45,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Job Summary: As an Associate Consultant, you will find, interview, and qualify job seekers for permanent roles with companies and organizations in the local market. Your daily activities include engaging with candidates via phone, email, and in-person, coaching them through resume editing, interview preparation, post‑interview debrief, and acceptance of offers, while coordinating with your team on open positions and post‑placement support.

• Identify prospective candidates through job boards, Linked In, internet searches, referrals, and professional networking.
• Conduct proactive cold calling to generate a robust candidate pipeline.
• Interview prospective candidates and assess fit based on business and candidate profiles.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with client companies—review resumes, discuss client needs, and run mock interviews.
• Extend job offers and manage the offer process for accepted candidates.
• Maintain post‑placement contact to ensure candidate success on assignment.

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• A genuine passion for working with people.
• Self‑motivated, able to make consistent calls and pursue additional prospects.
• Discretion and independent judgment when evaluating businesses and candidates.
• Leadership ability and competitive drive.
