What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Partner with Executive Recruiters and business leaders to define role requirements and develop ideal candidate profiles
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified executive-level talent
  • Conduct talent and market mapping research to provide insights on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems and research databases for accurate data tracking and reporting
  • Support special projects and initiatives to enhance the firm’s executive search function
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of executive-level research/sourcing and competitive research experience
  • Expertise in developing and analyzing market intelligence research and talent mapping reports
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate HR strategies that align with business goals
  • Strong skills in client relationship management at the executive level
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • AESC-Certification preferred but not required
  • Background in search agency or internal executive talent acquisition experience
  • Proven energy and drive to present compelling narratives to passive candidates
