LaSalle Network is teaming up with a fast-growing, innovative technology company to hire an HR Generalist who will play a key role in shaping the employee experience. In this position, you'll work directly alongside the HR Director and become the go-to HR partner for employees across the organization. • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Process employee changes and updates accurately and efficiently in the HRIS (UKG)
• Handle payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees
• Partner with HR leadership and recruiting teams to support daily operations and initiatives
• Leverage HRIS platforms and demonstrate advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP required)

• 3 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment (software / technology industry is a plus)
• Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Personable, patient, and approachable, thriving in a collaborative team setting
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS systems (UKG a plus)

• Temp-to-hire opportunity looking for an immediate start
• Hybrid schedule :
  In-office 2x a week
• Collaborative, team-oriented culture
• Compensation : $70K-80K
