Job Summary
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to the North American Experienced Hire Recruiting team. This team manages consultant recruiting across the United States, Mexico, Canada, and Brazil. The role focuses on offer processing, offer letter preparation, CV management, and interview scheduling.
As an integral member of the team, you will serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Process temporary and permanent hires by creating offer letters, initiating workflows in Work Day, finalizing onboarding steps, and coordinating with the HR team.
- Coordinate high-volume interviews, including video conferences, office visits, phone screens, and debrief sessions.
- Maintain timely, professional communication with candidates.
- Build and manage relationships with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and business leaders across multiple locations and time zones.
- Manage scheduling logistics and CV tracking across practices.
- Support ad hoc recruitment projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 13 years of experience supporting a recruiting team or serving as an Executive Assistant in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with in management consulting, financial services, or a professional services environment is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Work Day.
- Familiarity with recruiting policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

- Skilled in managing heavy calendars and maintaining shared inboxes.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

- Excellent customer service mindset with a candidate-first approach.
Additional Information
This role is processing-focused and requires prior Work Day experience. The Recruiting Coordinator will support a two-person team, handling tasks from offer generation through handover to operations. Strong scheduling skills and professional presentation are essential.
