Role: Talent Development Lead

Location: Chicago, IL

Schedule:

3 days on site

Compensation Range: $90-130k base plus bonus

Our client is an established diversified trading firm that has been on an exponential growth trajectory for the past four years and continue to reach great heights.

They’re looking for a Talent Development Lead to support the business globally. Working closely with the Global Head of Talent Development and the broader team, you would be responsible for partnering with business leaders to build learning/training programs balancing both external training and internal instruction. The role will need someone with strong facilitation skills who will be comfortable leading training sessions with a variety of individuals.

As

a Talent Development Lead you will be responsible for:
  • Develop and deliver programs that drive talent growth and align with business priorities.
  • Lead initiatives focused on leadership development, mentoring, and career progression.
  • Partner with managers to assess capability gaps and design targeted learning solutions.
  • Oversee employee feedback programs, ensuring actionable insights are captured and implemented.
  • Measure and refine learning strategies using clear performance metrics.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers to support program delivery when needed.

Key requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 5+ years of L&D experience within a financial or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrable skillset in facilitating programs and coaching.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level presentations and clear, impactful reporting.
  • Proven success under pressure in client-facing, high-stakes settings.
