** About the Role
****** Hiring the right people is key to achieving our growth goals. We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring for complex product operations roles, including Project Management, Configuration, and other operational positions that support our product.

You’ll be a great fit if you are hands-on, independent, and enjoy solving recruiting challenges with creativity and analytical thinking, while working closely with hiring managers.
** What You’ll Do
*** Manage end-to-end recruitment for global teams, with a strong focus on product operations roles.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and act as a trusted recruitment advisor.
* Build and maintain strong sourcing pipelines for hard-to-hire, operational roles.
* Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment processes.
** Requirements
* ** Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
* 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-tech or startup environment.
* Proven experience recruiting for complex, non-standard roles.
* Strong direct sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
