Compensation Range: Up to $140k base plus bonus

They’re seeking a University Relations & Programs Specialist to help shape and execute strategies for attracting top graduates and interns from leading universities. In this role, you’ll also oversee the planning and delivery of high-quality internship programs, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless experience.
As a University Relations & Programs Specialist, you will:- Develop and implement creative strategies to attract and retain high-potential university talent.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, student organizations, and faculty.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for impactful on-campus and in-office recruiting events in partnership with internal recruiters.
- Collaborate with recruiting, operations, and talent development teams to design and deliver global internship programs.
- Analyze metrics and prepare reports to measure program success and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with communications teams to promote events and programs through social channels and other platforms.

Key requirements:- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5+ years of university recruiting experience within a financial services environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for engaging with people.
- Willingness to travel during peak recruiting seasons.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and initiative.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
