Overview
People Coordinator at Rush Street Interactive (NYSE: RSI) is responsible for primarily supporting the North America HR administrative functions and assisting globally as needed. This role supports data entry, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, basic reporting, and HRIS data management, and assists with Chicago Office tasks.
What You'll Do- People and Culture Administrative Support:
Update and maintain employee HRIS information and files;
Manage new hire background check process;
Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures;
Respond to employee email and Slack inquiries;
Prepare basic reports;
Ad-hoc requests as defined by the Lead Team, People Operations - Office Administration:
Manage and coordinate aspects of office related tasks in Chicago (I.e., key cards, restocking, mail, etc.);
Perform other administrative duties and projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- 1+ years in a professional work setting preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize
- Can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
This role spans a wide breadth of experience at Rush Street Interactive, welcoming candidates with diverse experiences, backgrounds, and locations. The pay range reflects potential variations in experience, skills, and location. The pay range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base pay, benefits, and/or bonuses. For candidates outside the US (Canada, Europe, Latin America), we take a locally informed approach to compensation and will share specific ranges based on your country of residence.
Location EligibilityFor nationwide roles:
Open to candidates across the U.S. (except California, Washington, Maryland, and New York).
