• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Workday certification in Talent, Performance, Advanced Compensation, or Absence Management.
• 2 years of experience in Workday administration, implementation, or system configuration.

• Experience configuring SaaS HR systems.
• Experience in Global HR and Payroll (e.g., HCM administration).
• Ability to work across geographies and different regulatory environments.
• Ability to analyze and understand problems and their resulting dependencies.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.

In this role you will think about technology and develop systems solutions that support our people processes. You will have knowledge of the Workday platform, a bias for action, and impeccable execution. You will make our processes and systems better, faster, and more efficient. The U.S. base salary range is $89,000‑$127,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications.

• Manage the functionality of Google’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system and assume responsibility for high‑quality support and continuous improvement.
• Manage specific system processes including configuration, requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and security, coordinating with Finance, Legal, HR Business Partners, Staffing, and Corporate Engineering.
• Maintain an understanding of the product and underlying global business processes to predict downstream implications of issues and system changes, enabling effective troubleshooting.
• Provide customer‑friendly support, managing and resolving user inquiries, auditing process data, analyzing and resolving problems and special cases, and training and communicating with Operations, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders.
• Work with vendor customer support teams to resolve escalations that cannot be handled by the internal team.
