This is a high-visibility role supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization and playing a critical part in building strong, lasting teams.

What You’ll Do- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from intake through offer acceptance
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on timelines, interview processes, and hiring needs
- Review and update job descriptions and manage all job postings
- Source talent through cold calling, referrals, job boards, universities, and internal databases (Bamboo
HR) - Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews
- Manage background and reference checks and support offer coordination
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruiting database
- Continuously think outside the box to improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Ability to be on-site 4-5 days a week. (Occasional Fridays remote)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS / ATS systems
- Professional, polished, and comfortable working in a fully on-site environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
- $65,000 – $75,000 base salary + performance-based bonus (Flexible DOE)
- 120 hours of PTO after 90 days (plus 17+ paid holidays annually)

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the South Loop Area of Chicago, IL
