About

The Role

We're looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Recruiting Sourcer to help identify, engage, and build pipelines of top talent across a variety of roles. In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, managing top‑of‑funnel sourcing efforts. All work is 100% remote; candidates must be authorized to work in their home location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound applicants and identify suitable candidates
  • Proactively source candidates through Linked In, job boards, social platforms, referrals, and other creative channels
  • Conduct outreach to passive candidates and manage follow‑ups to drive engagement
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Screen resumes and profiles to assess skills, experience, and role fit
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
  • Track and manage candidate activity in the ATS or CRM
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through inclusive sourcing strategies
  • Share market insights, sourcing metrics, and pipeline updates with recruiting partners
Required Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition (agency or in‑house)
  • Experience using sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter, Gem, job boards, or ATS platforms
  • Strong written communication skills, especially for candidate outreach
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience sourcing for technical, product, or hard‑to‑fill roles
  • Familiarity with diversity sourcing techniques and tools
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking sourcing metrics

  • Maintaining positive candidate experiences through timely and thoughtful communication
  • Partnering effectively with recruiters to meet hiring goals
Compensation

For US‑based employees, the cash base compensation range for this role is $75,000‑$90,000.
