The Role
We're looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Recruiting Sourcer to help identify, engage, and build pipelines of top talent across a variety of roles. In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, managing top‑of‑funnel sourcing efforts. All work is 100% remote; candidates must be authorized to work in their home location.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound applicants and identify suitable candidates
- Proactively source candidates through Linked In, job boards, social platforms, referrals, and other creative channels
- Conduct outreach to passive candidates and manage follow‑ups to drive engagement
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Screen resumes and profiles to assess skills, experience, and role fit
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
- Track and manage candidate activity in the ATS or CRM
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through inclusive sourcing strategies
- Share market insights, sourcing metrics, and pipeline updates with recruiting partners
- 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition (agency or in‑house)
- Experience using sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter, Gem, job boards, or ATS platforms
- Strong written communication skills, especially for candidate outreach
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience sourcing for technical, product, or hard‑to‑fill roles
- Familiarity with diversity sourcing techniques and tools
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking sourcing metrics
- Consistently delivering qualified, engaged candidates to recruiters
- Building strong, long‑term talent pipelines
- Maintaining positive candidate experiences through timely and thoughtful communication
- Partnering effectively with recruiters to meet hiring goals
For US‑based employees, the cash base compensation range for this role is $75,000‑$90,000.
